About Rob Sloggett Rob started his career at the age of 21 as a retail manager and after 10 years of high street retail (coupled with some freelance work as an NVQ assessor), he had the opportunity to develop and rollout the training for a computerised ordering system to over 700 stores. His strong retail, IT and customer service background allowed him to make a natural transition into IT Service Management. His involvement with Flintshire's short break scheme for children with disabilities has allowed him to continue to develop and deliver training on a regular basis.
